Insurance Reimbursement
We will provide a superbill upon request to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. A superbill is essentially a detailed receipt of the services provided. Here’s how the superbill process works:
- We will give you a superbill listing all services and their codes.
- Submit the superbill to your insurance company online, by mail, or through their app.
- The insurance company reviews the superbill for coverage and accuracy.
- Once approved, the insurance company processes the claim and reimburses you for covered expenses.
- Keep copies of the superbill and follow up with the insurance company if needed.
Step Up for Students: Family Empowerment Scholarship
We are a provider for the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities, or FES-UA. This allows parents to personalize the education of their children by directing money toward payment for therapy services like ours. This scholarship, through the Step Up for Students program, offers $9,900 on average to more than 83,000 students. It is for Florida students from 3-22 years old. Since we are a listed provider, you can pay with the scholarship funds directly. This means you don’t have to worry about paying out of pocket and getting reimbursed at a later date.
